Childcare Supplement Request

As a church we want to make full participation for groups and events possible. We recognize that one limitation for parents participating can be childcare. To help with this challenge, FBC Midlothian has created a system to offset the cost of childcare by reimbursing parents for a portion of the childcare costs. We hope the childcare supplement helps you get connected at FBC Midlothian!

GUIDELINES FOR SUPPLEMENT REIMBURSEMENT

* Reimbursement is for childcare for children under 12 years old.
* We will not reimburse relatives who provide childcare.
* Parents schedule and pay their babysitter.
* Checks will be issued on the 1st Wednesday of each month for the prior month.
* FBC Midlothian will reimburse you according to the rates below. You may choose to pay the babysitter more.
* Childcare supplements are for church sponsored events only.
